All are processed and shipped by Bluesky Products Ltd, which is located in Dublin, Ireland. Pricing is displayed in Euro we ship all across Europe. If your country is not listed, please contact our customer service team on with details of what you wish to order and your shipping address and we will work on getting the best shipping quote for your order.

You can make payment using credit card and Stripe – which are third party encrypted payment gateways that are completely secure. None of your payment details such as card number are held by our website.

Your card will be charged in Euro for all orders placed on The charge will appear on your statement as MY BEAUTY EDIT.



Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of being placed. Please refer to the list below for delivery time frames. Please note that during Covid Lockdown situations, order processing time-frames may be increased due to reduced staffing capacity in our warehouse.

Please note all shipping charges are listed in Euro and all packages are shipped from our offices in Wexford, Ireland via An Post. Orders being delivered to the UK and anywhere outside of the EU, may be subject to additional customs charges, which are the responsibility of the customer – please contact us for shipping rates.

Shipping rates and delivery times vary between countries, delivery time frames are an estimation of delivery after your order has been processed. We endeavor to process your order as quickly as possible, however during busy times it may take up to 48 hours from time of order for your order to be processed and packed.

Please note that Shipping Fees are non-refundable.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 14 days for a full refund. Please note shipping costs incurred returning any products are not covered by Say Hello. We recommend choosing a registered / traceable shipping option as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that may be lost in transit.
